Rear Apartment

Available for rental for the Summer season, Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

The first picture shows the rear apartment above our garage/workshop. The apartment is located behind our house (which we will be occupying this Summer), which is located on a quiet street three blocks from the beach and boardwalk at Bradley Beach. The next pictures show the two bedrooms, which both contain a full bed, dresser and end table. The next shot shows the view from the living room back to the bedrooms. The apartment was built in "cabin" style in 1933, and the next image shows the ceiling with wooden dividers between the rooms, which are about 8 feet tall. This is a very cozy cabin for a family or friends. It offers very little privacy.

The next images show views of the living room, kitchen. All furnishing are new except for the sofa(which has since been covered with a slipcover. The kitchen is supplied with all new pots, pans, utensils, flatware, plates, cups, bowls, glasses, microwave, etc. The final two images show the screened in porch. We have just finished re-painting the interior, and re-screening the porch.

By the way, you will find excellent restaurants within 3-5 blocks walking distance. Among them, the Draughting Table is an great bar and specializes in steaks and seafood, and Piancone's is a fine Italian Restaurant with a great specialty store.

Rental of the apartment from May 28, 2004 at 6 PM to September 7, 2004 at 10 AM is $7,000 for the season ($500 returnable security deposit).

Rental includes a new 20" TV, Cablevision (basic), a new gas grill, and all utilities (water, electric, gas).
